Caliber - 9 MAY EVENT - M1A1

Thompson submachine gun became one of the first examples of a new weapon class that received wide dissemination. However, before the Second World War its design wasn't meeting the requirements of mass production. To increase the output, the design of Tommy gun was simplified by getting rid of some hard-to-produce elements. M1A1 features a straight blowback action, a simplified rear sight, and box magazines.
